Privacy notice

This notice describes what personal data is processed by Clever cooperation s.r.o., 1. máje 487, 281 26 Týnec nad Labem, Česká republika, Company number 05196442, and how it is handled. Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The controller is the company identified above. For any data protection matter, contact us at the e-mail or postal address given. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we do not meet the conditions of Article 37 GDPR.

What data we process and where it comes from

For business partners: name of the contact person, work e-mail and phone, job role, company name, registered office, company and VAT number, bank details and the content of business correspondence. We obtain the data directly from you, from public registers (commercial register, ARES, VIES) and from publicly available company websites and trade fair directories. For website visitors: IP address and technical request data in server logs.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

To negotiate and perform contracts — orders, deliveries and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To comply with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)). For our legitimate interest in maintaining and developing business relationships, approaching potential suppliers, protecting our legal claims and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share data with

Our accounting firm and tax adviser, logistics and transport providers, online marketplace operators to the extent needed to fulfil an order, our server infrastructure provider and an application error monitoring tool. All recipients are bound by confidentiality and a data processing agreement. We may disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

Transfers outside the European Union

We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations. All our processors operate their services within the European Union.

How long we keep data

Data in accounting and tax documents is kept for the period required by law, generally 10 years from the end of the tax period. Business partner contact details for the duration of the relationship and then 3 years from the last contact. Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation, 1 year. Server logs, 6 months.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data and to a copy of it, to rectification of inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will handle your request within one month of receipt. You can exercise these rights by e-mail or post.

Cookies

The site uses a single cookie named lang, which remembers the language you selected. It is necessary for the site to work as you configured it, is not used for profiling or advertising, and therefore requires no consent. It lasts one year and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. We use no analytics or marketing cookies.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

If you believe our processing infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority — Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz — or with the authority in your country. We would appreciate the chance to address it with you first.
